How to Use
1. Avoid touching gel while removing tray from package. centered circle indicates top of tray. 2. Break vitamin E swab at red line, allowing oil to soak into opposite end of swab. 3. Plug LED accelerator light into tray (if it’s already plugged into tray, it is ready to use). 4. Press button to turn light on then place tray in mouth and gently bite down. 5. Keep tray in mouth for 15 min and let the whitening begin. 6. Remove tray from mouth and turn off the light and keep light for future use. Discard/recycle tray. 7. Rinse thoroughly with water and spit. 8. Avoid colored foods & drinks for 24 hours (do not brush immediately after use). 9. Do not discard LED light. Keep for future use. Light last for up to 24 uses.
